Q. What is the difference between Tithes and Donations?
A.

Tithes is one-tenth of what you earn. It is a command from God that a portion of our earnings be brought to His House so that there may be meat. Donations on the other hand is what you give freely without any obligations or requirements on your part. Tithes is a command and a law given by God. Donation is not a command.

Q. When should I Fast?
A.

You should fast when there is a need. There are some prayers that are better answered by combining it with fasting. To fast means to humble yourself before God. It brings humility and creates self control within you. Always fast and pray while making your request known to God. The rewards are great.

Q. What is the difference between Tithes and Offerings?
A.

Tithes is a command from God that a portion of our first fruit be brought to the church. Offering is to be giving for the purpose of sharing with the needy and under-privileges. Withholding your Tithes according to the Bible means you are robbing God.

Q. How often should I pay my Tithes?
A.

The Bible does not tell us the exact times and dates you should pay your Tithes. Regularly paying your tithes means that each time you receive a wage, you are suppose to deduct one-tenth of the total income to God. The Bible calls it first fruit.

Q. What happens if I don't Pay my tithes and offerings?
A.

You will be basically robbing God and withholding your blessings.

Q. Do I have to Pay my Tithes & Offerings at the same time?
A.

Offering is optional. You give whenever you are moved or touched to do so. God loves a cheerful giver! You can give your time, talents, gifts or whatever you have to promote the Kingdom of God as well. However, Tithes is something that God commanded us to do. To answer the above question, Yes, you must pay your Tithes and offerings at the same time because they are different in the eyes of God.

Q. What if I don't get blessed?
A.

God has promised us that we will be blessed if we obey his commandment. He asked that we should challenge Him to see if we are not going to prosper and be blessed if we pay our tithes and offerings regularly. You can challenge God by making a vow or promise. Believe and have faith in the Lord, you will surely be blessed.

Q. Can I give a testimony in the Church?
A.

Contact the Secretary or event coordinator if you have any testimony or a word you would like to share with the church.

A.
